I made my great grandmothers cannolis for thanksgiving. Literally the best cannoli I have ever had. Can’t beat homemade.


July 4th 2018. 36” paella pan. Chorizo, chicken thighs, rabbit, clams, mussels, shrimp and veggies. Well of course rice. Heat management ended up being the biggest issue. Next time I will try to stay sober enough to remember the lemons at the end.
